Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Buttplug Tails (intimate accessories)
- Bodystockings (due to direct skin contact)
- Erotic Stockings & Garter Stockings (intimate apparel)
- Any items that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
Important: Due to the intimate nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been in direct contact with skin or intimate areas for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our discreet and understanding customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, carefully package your items including:
- All items in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging and any accessories
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.

- Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days

- Original shipping fees (if all items in an order are returned)

Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and inspect your return. If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or import duties
- Ensuring proper documentation for international shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no extra cost.
